Processing Time
All press-on nail sets are handmade to order specifically for you. Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be carefully crafted, prepared, and packed for shipping.
Once your order has been made, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
After dispatch, delivery times are determined by Australia Post. Estimated shipping times are as follows (business days from dispatch date):
- Standard Post: 2–6 business days (longer for regional or remote locations)
- Express Post: 1–3 business days (depending on location)
Please note: AusPost delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by public holidays, extreme weather, or other service disruptions. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates once the order has left our studio.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to selected countries. Shipping costs, delivery times, and available carriers will vary depending on your location. All international shipping options and pricing will be displayed.
- Standard Post: 6-26 business days
- Express Post: 3-18 business days

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict or control these fees, so please check with your local customs office before ordering.
Delivery times for international shipping vary significantly by destination and customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

Order Tracking
A tracking link will be provided when your order has been shipped. It is your responsibility to monitor your parcel's progress. For international orders, tracking may hand off to your local postal service once the parcel arrives in your country.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist with an Australia Post or carrier enquiry. We are not liable for parcels once they have been scanned as delivered or for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, you will be responsible for any re-shipping costs. This applies to both domestic and international orders.
